Settlement of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim's inheritors, 1930
The inheritors of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, Husaynquli and Muhammad Riza, with Husaynquli acting as the guardian of the underage children of the late Hasanquli, and with the adult children of Hasanquli acting on their own behalf, have settled on dividing their inheritance. Husaynquli and Muhammad Riza each receive a third of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim's belongings and the other third, the share of Hasanquli, is divided among his children: Ya‘qub‘ali, Hasanquli, Safiyah Khanum, and Sartiyah Khanum.

Will of ‘Abbas Khvajah-nuri
‘Abbas Khvajah-nuri's will and certificate of guardianship for his son; Mirza ‘Abbas Khan, son of Mirza Nabi Khan, at the age of fifty declares his inheritors as his wife, Fatimah Khanum (daughter of Shaykh ‘Abd Allah), his eighteen-year-old daughter, Quds Iran, and his deranged son, Mahdi Khan known as Jahan Shah and currently called Javad Khan. The document reads in part: "Dividing the property of the late Fakhim al-Saltanah: after giving his wives their mahrs and spending one third of his inheritance according to his will, and also after giving each wife a share of the inheritance (an eighth), the rest of the inheritance, including whatever remains of properties, gardens, buildings, furniture, pack animals, pasture, roadsters, and the rest were divided among Fakhim al-Saltanah's daughters, Zaynab Khanum, Rubabah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum. Mirza ‘Ali Khan Furqani, the former Nayyir al-Mamalik of Isfahan, exchanged four-sixths of his house of residence near the Jami‘ mosque of Isfahan with his two sons, ‘Ali Asghar and ‘Ali Akbar, and the baby (girl or boy) who is still in her/his mother's womb, for one hundred dinars and ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy.
